Designed as a low friction, high pressure piston seal for
use in heavily loaded hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders. Using the same body
design as the Style CS5, the Claron Composite Seals Style 841 are specifically
designed for minimal leakage and low rotational speed applications. A 20 mm
diameter element allows rapid response to pressure changes in both directions.
Standard material is bronze-filled P.T.F.E. has a nitrile
O-ring energizer, but both the outer seal member and energizer are available in
a wide range of high performance materials to suit a variety of applications.
